SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do I Need to Pay Import Fees and Taxes?

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country for the delivery of original paintings and limited edition prints. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs are also beyond our control and may affect delivery times.

 

What Is the Delivery Time?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped, however, the majority of orders will be shipped within a few days. Typically, the standard delivery time is 2-8 weeks. You will receive a tracking information as soon as your purchase has been shipped!

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

I offer worldwide shipping! To check availability for your country, add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout. If your country isn’t listed, email me at cns.artventure@gmail.com so we can try to accommodate you.
If you're in Canada, shipping is free.

 

Do You Accept Returns?

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original artwork and fine art prints, all purchases are final sale. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order. However, if your print is damaged during transit, or in the unlikely event that it arrives with defect, we will replace it.

Damaged Items

Please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photographs or video of the packaging and the item so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover for insurance. While I cannot offer refunds, I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement print.

 

My Country Is Not Available at Checkout

If your country is not listed during checkout, please email me your address so I can check the availability of shipping to your location.

Commissions are currently closed.

I’m thrilled to receive emails and DMs, and I try to respond as quickly as possible. Sometimes, response times vary as I may be waiting on external information. Please keep in mind that we’re a small business with limited customer service hours.

If you place an order for prints or other items, I may also collect your name, address, and other relevant details to make sure your order gets to you.
